Planning & Design

Ideas, whether spontaneous or planned, can be thrilling. Don’t let them become a source of stress.

Our Advisory service can help you transform your idea into reality. We assess its practicality, provide a basic design, and crunch the numbers to determine if it’s feasible or just wishful thinking.

With our affordable basic design, complete with production figures and payback times, you’ll know if your idea is a wise investment or merely a whimsical notion.

Desk Top Study

Data Collection:  This includes gathering existing data about the site, including geological, environmental, and historical information such as flooding history.

Analysis: Data that has been collected is then used to identify potential constraints and opportunities. This might include soil quality, water sources, and previous land use but also how the project could disrupt local wildlife such as migrating birds or reptiles like frogs and toads.

Feasibility Study: Finally, we evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of the project. This includes initial renewable technology specifications and estimated financial and carbon savings. This is covered in more details on our Feasibility Study page.

Site Assessment

Site Visit: This physical inspection is carried out to verify desk study findings and gather additional data but also for the designer to get a feel for the location, information that was missing will be picked up on a physical site visit.

Environmental Impact: Assess the potential environmental impacts of the installation, including effects on local wildlife and ecosystems.

Technical Evaluation: Evaluate the site’s suitability for the proposed renewable technology, considering factors like sunlight exposure for solar panels or wind patterns for turbines
